FAQ

Q. How do I join the California State Old Time Fiddlers Association, District 6?

Q. How do I get a member discount on my ticket?

A. Order your ticket from us, by mail with a check (CSOTFA, D-6, P.O. Box 990462, Redding CA 96099-0462) or the link on the event page with a credit card (coming soon). Q. If I order by mail or online, will I get physical tickets in the mail?

A. No, but you will receive an email confirmation and your name will be added to the Will Call list at the gate.

Q. If I change my mind or am unable to attend after I already bought tickets, can I get a refund?

A. We are sorry, but refunds are not available.

Q. If it rains, will the festival be cancelled?

A. The festival will be held, rain or shine!

Q. Can I bring my dog?

A. We ask that you not bring your dogs or other pets. Dogs are certainly not allowed in the audience or the vendor area. There is no place on site to safely keep your pet, and the temperatures can get quite warm, making it dangerous to leave your animal in your vehicle.

Q. What about parking?

A. Parking is free. But since it is somewhat limited, it will help if you carpool if you can!

Q. Can I bring my own ice chest? Alcoholic beverages?

A. No ice chests should be brought onto the festival grounds. Food and beverages will be for sale at the event. Craft Beer and Wine will be available for purchase on site from Cedar Crest Vineyards. Outside alcohol is prohibited, due to the licensing regulations.

Q. How do I keep up on the latest news?

A. “Like” our facebook page, Summer Mountain Music and Arts Festival, and check back on this page.

  1. Hello I have a crepe business called Crepetivity and would love to set-up and sell sweet and savory crepes at your event this July. Please check out my website: crepetivitycafe.wix.com/mobile and my facebook page to get a bit more information about us or you can just email or call with questions. Please let me know if this is a possibility. Thank you,
    Hannah

    1. Hi Hannah, thanks for asking about the Summer Mountain Music and Arts Festival. For this year we already have the food vendors sorted out but we will look over your website – sounds like it could be a nice addition to our event. This is just our second festival and we are not sure how many people are going to show up but we had about 400 people last year. Anyway, thanks again for writing and asking – I will bring this up with the board so we can talk it over for looking at next year. Take care.

      Best regards,

      Tim Garrison

  2. We just added the Comfort Inn in Red Bluff to our list of sponsors. They have generously agreed to provide lodging to our out of town bands and guests at a substantially reduced rate. For information contact us at
